3. Prepoo: Conditioner w/ EVCO, EVOO and macadamia oil

4. Moisturizing Shampoo(s): CON w/ Argan Oil, NTM Cream Lather Shampoo

5. DC(s): HH The Deep C

6. DC Add-Ins: KC, EVCO, EVOO, avocado oil, almond oil

7. Treatments: Roux PC

8. Instant Conditioner(s): HE Hello Hydration

9. Co-Wash Poo: SD Whip My Hair

10. Leave-In: Darcy's Daily Leave-In

11. Protein: Silk Dreams MSI, Aphogee Keratin & Green Tea

12. Growth Aid(s): MegaTek, GM, biotin, MSM

Hair Regimen CAO 21 Feb 14:

Nightly Routine:

1. Moisturize

2. Seal w/ grapeseed oil
3. Apply scalp growth aid every day

Shampoo Washes (1x/week):
1. Pre-poo
2. Shampoo w/ moisturizing sulphate free shampoo

3. Apply Roux PC
4. DC for 45 mins-1 hr w/ heat or steam
5. Rinse w/ cheapie conditioner and thoroughly detangle
6. Apply leave-in w/ EVCO
7. Air dry to 80% and detangle

Clarifying Washes (1x/month):
1. Shampoo w/ clarifying shampoo in sections
2. DC for 1 hr w/ heat or steam
3. Rinse w/ instant conditioner
4. Apply leave-in w/ EVCO
5. Air dry to 80% and detangle

Co-Washes (2x/week):

1. DC for 1 hr w/ heat or steam

2. Co-wash w/ conditioner
3. Apply leave-in w/ EVCO
4. Air dry to 80% and detangle

Protein:
- (Light/Medium) Silk Dream MSI
- (Heavy) Aphogee 2-Step every 6 weeks

* No direct heat!
